Get to Know Us
Intentional Mental Health and Wellness is built on the premise that intentionality is essential to creating the life we want for ourselves while navigating mental health challenges. Between work, relationships, and everyday tasks, we become so caught up in surviving the day that our goals may be forgotten and our symptoms persist despite our best intentions. Our goal is to help you reclaim your life through the power of intention through setting clear objectives to work towards mental wellness and personal development.

Testimonials
“These talks have given me a lot to reflect on and have really helped me to change how I show up in my relationship and how I communicate my needs to my partner.”
“You keep better records of me than I do of myself. I've really appreciated the accountability, knowing you're going to check in next week makes me more motivated to do what I say I'm going to do, even though showing up for myself has been hard!”
“I never considered that I was misdiagnosed and just felt like I was too broken for the medications I was taking for years to work. But now knowing that it was something else entirely and having a mental health professional who was willing to advocate for me and make sure my psychiatrist heard me has been life changing.”
