Can I use health insurance?

We are in-network with CareFirst and Cigna. Feel free to contact us for a benefits check to confirm coverage. The amount you will be responsible for will be determined by your individual plan.

At this time, we provide out-of-network services to all other insurance networks. This means that your insurance will pay the portion of your care outlined in your specific plan. We also offer superbills which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement after paying out-of-pocket. Please contact your insurance to explore your out-of-network benefits. The services and fees are listed here.

Is there a no-show fee?

There is a $50 fee for not showing up to your appointment. The clinician allows a 15 minute grace period for you to attend before closing out the appointment link. There is an $8 fee for canceling with less than 24 hours notice. These fees are in place to maintain the stability of the practice and is not meant to be punitive. If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us more than 24 hours prior to avoid the no-show fee.
